At a boutique PR and marketing agency in NYC, I directed marketing, branding, PR, and communications for clients, including the Museum of the City of New York, Times Square Alliance, Trust for Public Land, Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema, and National Museum of Mathematics, among others.

Times Square Alliance

The Times Square Alliance needed to tackle some of the district’s most negative perceptions leading up to the 2017 launch of TSQ MKT, an outdoor food market on the Broadway pedestrian plazas. To do that, we analyzed market research to establish updated brand positioning, craft messaging for 10 segmented skeptical audiences, and develop a one-year marketing + communications plan.

Feirstein Graduate School

In 2018, the newly opened Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema wanted to highlight its inaugural graduating class and commitment to diversity and accessibility in the film industry. To make that happen, we crafted and implemented a marketing campaign that included PR, social activations, partner outreach, and the creation of the Feirstein Film Festival, held at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. The campaign secured overage in The New York Times, The Hollywood Reporter, Worth, VIBE, and Remezcla.

RIKERS Documentary

Just one month before the premiere of RIKERS, a documentary by Bill Moyers, we were tapped to create and implement a tactical digital marketing campaign to quickly raise awareness and drive engagement for the film. Through paid and organic social efforts, RIKERS garnered 11.3K Facebook Page likes, 68K Facebook engagements, 97K video views, 1.2M Facebook users reached, 1.4K Twitter followers, and 1.9M Twitter impressions.
